Physiotherapist Lead
All pilates classes are lead by an experienced physiotherapist - with a thorough understanding of injury rehabilitation, sports-specific conditioning and injury minimization.
Small Classes
All classes are capped at 6 participants to ensure each and every person gets adequate attention, guidance and modification to suit each individuals ability.
Never Monotonous
No two classes will ever be the same. This will ensure that you will never lose interest while continuing to challenging your body so you keep improving and don't plateau.
Clinical Pilates
This class, will help you to improve your posture, strengthen your core and improve your flexibility and strength in a safe, controlled environment.
You will be challenged with the use of Ttherabands, Chi-balls, Bosu's, swiss balls and foam rollers.

Remedial Pilates
This class allows those with injuries to rehabilitate their their and improve muscle strength and flexibility without the risk of re-injury or aggravation.
To make this possible, an 30 minute introductory class is required prior to joining this class to learn more about your injuries.
Consequently, this class is claimable under private health.
Pre/post-natal Pilates
This class is specific for pre/post pregnancy. It targets commonly experienced problems such back and pelvis pain, abdominal separation and pelvic floor weakness.
Instructed by a women's health physiotherapist, you will get the most out of each class
